While in human form, use Adapting Matter to gain stacks and to shield allies, as well as Tether Shift to help out allies that need it (please do not troll with it in an actual fight). When you have enough shift charges, you can go into tree form and start placing Qs on groups of allies, buffing the healing they receive and healing them for a small amount. Your W in tree form should be used defensively, as it applies a shield to allies and gives them the same effects as a Knight Helmet. This also slows enemies by 50% so can be used to peel if needed.
