Healer build for the 5v7 crystal crossbow comp can play valor boots if you'r good with them since it has shorter cooldown than merc and its way easier to deny you healing your allys when you have merc since you have no forced movement immunity, the only downside is that you need to be aware of every cc/slow to create space or follow if the enemy team have knight armor, your way of passing through is your E ONLY IF YOU REALLY NEED TO W SOMEONE, otherwise just wait swap W to orb if you play against brawl comp
