Great Frost Staff Shielded DPS Omni Scale PvP Build (Faction Warfare, Arenas, etc.)

From the author

This build is fun, kinda fast-paced, and has good balance between AoE damage, mobility, survivability, lasting energy and CC, so it excels thru fights of varied scales, which makes it **perfect for faction warfare**, especially in PUGs and groups lacking coordination. Any leather helmet can do (*Energizing Shield* + *Quick Thinker*), but *Hood of Tenacity* is preferred due to its superior attributes and relative low cost. **On the helmet, set the *Energizing Shield* spell.**
